Nick and Selina are two of the most fun, funniest, and down to earth people I have had the pleasure to meet. Selina, a So Cal native, met Nick while in Michigan for Teach for America. While the location of their first meeting is not exactly agreed upon/known (let’s just say the two of them met at a house party), what is known is their undeniable love for one another. They complement each other perfectly and I, for one, am SUPER excited for the wedding day to come!
Recently, Nick and Selina just bought their first home together so that’s where they opted to have their engagement session. I was more than happy to oblige! In home photo sessions are my absolute fave! What better way to get to know people than by coming to their home and seeing them in the place where they are the most comfortable? Not only was their home the absolute cutest (like seriously, I’m really in love with their house), the area around their home provided some wonderful spots for their session.
All laughter during this session was so completely genuine. I have never laughed so hard during an engagement session!
As the sun set lower in the sky, we headed back indoors. There was food, there was wine, there was dancing…
I had such a blast! It was so great getting to know Nick and Selina and I am honored to be photographing their wedding day in a couple of weeks!
